Disgusting human

Well lets see, I have been doing some work here and there.

One thing that really bugged me this week was my sleep. Normally i am one of those gal that sleeps 8++ hrs. I can usually sleep through most things...like when watching tv, people chatting, on a plane, in a car...basically everywhere. But starting last week, was wake up at i think around 2 am or so, to the sound of music (dunno celebrated what ??)

So i did what most people do, rolled around for a few minutes and covered my head with the pillow. The fact is ~~~ still cant sleep. I look over at the clock ~~~wow its 2 am. Still noisiness, i get up head over to the window and look down and its ppl singing right down the restoran. So I say '$#%##^' and try to go back to sleep. By my brain is starting to work, and i am lying in bed and it starts making me angry.

I am wondering to myself, why are they doing at 2 am?! So i think a little more and figure it~~~ still cant find any reasonable excuss, but i am wondering that don't they need permits to do this??? If not make any mistake, after 12 am can call police, right?? Sound pollution & illegal. How does the human will do this all at 2 am? This goes on for about few hours continiuosly. Mother$#%#$%. Seems this stuff happens everywhere. Not sure if they are just lazy & dont care or just plain stupid.

Anyway, I thought i share this little rant with everyone.
